Return Policy

You may only cancel your order prior to being notified that your order has been packed and is ready for pick-up by our courier partner. To inform us of any request of cancellation, please contact our customer service at or our contact numbers. You will be notified via message and email if your order has been successfully cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any justifiable reason, including unavailability of the product/s, and in such a case, you hereby agree that the only recourse is to request a refund in accordance with these Terms.

Returns only accepted within 7 days from the purchase receipt date.

We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
  • The product received is severely damaged and unusable for the purpose/s for which they were bought;
  • The product received is defective;
  • The product received does not match the order, such as the size, color, or item are different; The product is beyond its expiry date (in case of expirable products);
  • The product is beyond its expiry date (in case of expirable products);
  • Missing items or parts from the product or order; and
  • Any other valid and justifiable circumstances as may be determined by the Company

  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or found with any discrepancies.

    For request of returns, please report to us the incident immediately through our customer service at or our contact numbers. Provide us with the following details:
  • Order details, such as Order number, Customer Name, Email, Contact Number, and delivery address;
  • Product details of the item being requested for return, which may include photos of the item;
  • Brief description of the issue encountered;
  • Waybill receipt or Delivery Package label, as proof of delivery;

  • Please send us your request no later than fourteen (14) days after purchase or receipt of delivery, whichever is later. Beyond the fourteen (14) days, the product(s) could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage, defect, or discrepancy reported. If fourteen (14) days or more have passed since purchase or receipt of delivery, we may no longer process your request for return.

    Please do not dispose of or give away any defective, incorrect, or extra product that you may receive. In the event of return, we require the item be returned in unused or good as new condition, there being no damage, dent, scratch, and/or its original tags and labels intact. Items that are part of a set or come in a bundle must be returned as a complete set (any and all accessories included). The item must be returned together with its original packaging and proof of purchase (electronic receipt or physical receipt). You may return the item in person to our physical flagship store (Ogalala Store, Shangri-la Plaza, 4th Floor, East Wing, EDSA cor Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City), or arrange for return shipping to the same address, at your own expense.

    Ogalala reserves the right to ask for proof of defect or damage, and to assess whether a faulty product has been dispatched to the customer. In cases where it is confirmed as such, we will notify you via message and email and a replacement item (the same item) will be provided within a reasonable period of time.

    Ogalala reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, or shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or that the item ordered is out of stock. For orders that were not processed or canceled, Ogalala will either not charge you, or refund you the total billed amount.
