Payment

These are the convenient options to pay for the great product you ordered from us:

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
  • Mobile wallet via GCash

You can pay the rider or the delivery personnel upon receipt of your items.

The COD payment option is only available for transactions lower than PHP 15,000.00. If your transaction is higher than the said amount, the Cash (or COD) payment option will not be available.

On the Checkout page, select Mobile (with the GCash logo) as the mode of payment. Follow the next steps to proceed with the check out of your order.

A notification message will be sent to your registered mobile number if your payment is successful or not. If you used a credit or a debit card, your payment will reflect real time. If the payment is unsuccessful, the message will show that your payment did not push through and that your card is not charged for the transaction.

ACCOUNT

You can request to reset your password in case you forget it. On the Login page, click the Forgot Password? button, provide the required information, then click Submit. An email verification code will be sent to you to verify the request. Follow the instructions on the email to proceed with the password reset then try to log in again.

We use the email address to validate your account. If you cannot remember your email address, please email us at inquiry@ogalalaworld.com.

To edit your personal information, you have to log in to your account and go to your profile. Once logged in, you can edit your First name, Last name, Birthday, and contact number.

Yes your personal information is safe with us. Ogalala World knows the importance of keeping personal information and data secure and private. You can find the details about our security and privacy policies in our Privacy Policy page.

To avoid confusion and to track order history properly, we only allow one account per customer. Please avoid using multiple email accounts when you register.

DELIVERY

You can track the status of your order via the Ogalala World website. To do this, simply access our website and go to the My Orders page. Input your order Tracking number and click Track . The application will display the status of your order and sends the status of your order via SMS. Make sure that the contact number you provided is active so that it can receive the SMS order notification status from us.

Ogalala World delivers nationwide.

For immediate delivery within Metro Manila, our Shipping Fee is fixed at PHP 150.00. For Standard Delivery, please refer to the matrix fee below:

Yes. Upon checkout, you may choose the Pickup option under Fulfillment Type.. You can pick up your orders personally, or book other delivery services. Please note that fees for these delivery services will be paid for separately by the customer.

Once your order is confirmed, our Ogalala customer service staff will reach out to you to confirm details of pickup. Orders are to be picked up from Ogalala Shangri-la Plaza Mall.

For Immediate delivery, your order will be delivered within the day. For Standard delivery, please expect the delivery within 3-5 days.

You will be notified if your order is on its way via SMS and Email.

Your order might be delayed due to high volume of orders, local restrictions, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. To follow up on your order, you may reach us through the following channels:

Before any delivery, our courier will send you a notification if it's on the way to you. If you didn't receive a notication or missed the delivery of your order, you may get in touch with us through the following channels:

Not necessarily. You may designate an authorized representative to receive your orders on your behalf. You may inform us in advance if someone else will be receiving your order.

Yes! If you have an account, you can set five (5) delivery addresses and select where you want your order be delivered.

At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the Philippines.
If you have friends and family living in the Philippines, you can ask them to place an order for you and ask them to personally ship it to your international address.

We apologize if your order is incomplete. If you happen to receive an incomplete order, kindly report to us immediately in any of these channels:

Damaged or wrong items, regardless of the circumstance, sometimes happen. For that, we apologize. If you happen to receive a damaged item, or a wrong item was sent to you, kindly report to us immediately in any of these channels:

GIFTING

Once you're ready to place your order, you may type in special instructions in the MY CART section. Add a note that you will be sending this as a gift and want it gift wrapped, or other instructions that you may have.

You will be notified by the courier if your order is on the way to the recipient. Please note that your recipient's mobile number must be provided to enable our rider to contact them on the day of delivery.

Yes, you can! When sending a gift, you may also type in instructions on what to write in the note. This note will be safely tucked inside the package. Once the order has been placed, the personalized note can no longer be edited.

Yes, you can. You may select the GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE option before checking out, for a fee. For orders Php1000 and up, gift wrapping service is free.
