ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT

You will be notified of this completion of packing with a message and an email with your order reference number, details of your order, and a confirmation saying your order is ready for pick up by our courier partner. Completion of the order and the contract between you and Ogalala will be reflected when your order has been picked up by our courier partner. You will be notified of this pick up with another message and email confirming your order has been picked up. Ogalala reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, or shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or that the item ordered is out of stock. For orders that were not processed or canceled, Ogalala will either not charge you, or refund you the total billed amount. Further, we may refuse to process an order at any time for any reason at our sole discretion. Ogalala takes extra measures to provide you with accurate information on products we offer on the web site. Ogalala does not guarantee, however, that the information is error-free, current, complete or reliable. Inventory levels fluctuate from day-to-day. We are happy to exchange any item of your order with an item of the same (or lower) value if you are not entirely satisfied. In cases where the item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please report to us the incident immediately through our customer service at store@ogalalaworld.com or our contact numbers. Please return the item in unused or good as new condition, there being no damage, dent, scratch, and/or its original tags and labels intact. The item must be returned together with its original packaging and proof of purchase (electronic receipt or physical receipt). You may return the item in person to our physical flagship store (Ogalala Store, Shangri-la Plaza, 4th Floor, East Wing, EDSA cor Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City), or arrange for return shipping to the same address, at your own expense. Please return the item for exchange no later than 14 days after purchase or receipt of delivery, whichever is later. Ogalala reserves the right to ask for proof of defect or damage, and to assess whether a faulty product has been dispatched to the customer. In cases where it is confirmed as such, we will notify you via message and email and a replacement item (the same item) will be provided within a reasonable period of time.

We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of a Contract attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any natural disaster and unavoidable incident, actions of third parties (including without limitation hackers, suppliers, governments, quasi-governmental, supra-national or local authorities), insurrection, riot, civil commotion, war, hostilities, warlike operations, national emergencies, terrorism, piracy, arrests, restraints or detainments of any competent authority, strikes or combinations or lock-out of workmen, epidemic, fire, explosion, storm, flood, drought, weather conditions, earthquake, natural disaster, accident, mechanical breakdown, third party software, failure or problems with public utility supplies (including electrical, telecoms or Internet failure), shortage of or inability to obtain supplies, materials, equipment or transportation ("Event of Force Majeure"), regardless of whether the circumstances in question could have been foreseen.
Under no circumstances shall Ogalala be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your accounts.
